frequently asked questions

There are certain questions which we're asked on a fairly regular basis.

How much does the FlowMaster System cost?

It's up to you - we offer both rental and outright purchase options, and even allow you the flexibility to switch from rental — effectively offering a trial period.

Do I have to install the system myself?

No, installation by an engineer is included in both rental or purchase costs.

Is there a minimum contract period?

There is no long term contract, simply give one month’s notice and the equipment will be removed by BeerTech.

What happens if it becomes faulty?

A network of over 160 cellar technicians are available nationwide to service should any problems arise.

Maintenance costs are covered by your rental agreement; for purchased units we offer a low-cost annual maintenance contract after 12 months.

Who's already using the FlowMaster System?

There are over 900 independent free trade outlets now using the FlowMaster System.

Additionally, Greene King and Belhaven Brewery are using the System in almost 1000 installations throughout the UK.

What sort of savings can I expect?

In our experience the average pub loses around 26 pints at line cleaning at a cost of an average £1 per pint.

The FlowMaster system, on an easily-achievable 3 week cleaning cycle, will not only offer substantial savings but improve beer quality.
