Now that we have had the first six months of the BeerTech system in operation throughout many of our units, I thought that I would write to confirm what a success the installations have been.
In all our outlets, we are experiencing significant savings on beer cleaning, wastage and in some instances are achieving up to 4 week cleans on lager products.
We chose to instll the system in units where we had either long runs, a large amount of outlets and/or high draft volumes by a percentage of sales mix. In these units we have increased GP, without changing any other factors, of up to half a percent and driven cash margins up considerably.
I would like to thank you and your team for the hands on support that you provided over the initial install period and the continual monitoring on a site by site basis of the progress being made.
All in all it has been a great success.
