Operating Conditions
The Beertech system will perform and do exactly what we claim if correct cellar disciplines are followed i.e.
- Proper recommended Brewery line cleaner
- It is essential that attention is paid to the correct dilution
- The correct constant cellar temperature (11-13 degrees) is maintained
- The correct amount of time (usually 2 hours) is allocated to carrying out this process

NB. Beerline cleaning solution should not be in the pipes any longer than 10 minutes and should be replaced every 10 minutes until the resultant solution coming from the font is absolutely crystal clear with no sign of cloudiness whatsoever.
